Life can sometimes be difficult or complicated — and that’s at any age, let alone when you’re getting older. This is why we have a full-time Wellbeing Coordinator on staff here at Woodbridge, ready to offer support right when someone needs it. We’re here to listen, to understand our residents’ needs and goals and to provide independent and truly personalised advice tailored to each person’s individual circumstances.
We’re here for information, bereavement support, or just a chat. Our Wellbeing Coordinator can help with general information about Wills, Enduring Power of Attorney and Advanced Care Directives, put you in touch with the right people and is also a JP. We can advocate with doctors, service providers and the Public Trustee on a resident’s behalf. And we can assist with My Aged Care and hand-hold our residents through the process every step of the way.
Creating the partnership with Rembrandt Living in 2023 and having them come on board with an on-site office has been wonderful — it’s really added to peace of mind for our residents and their families.

Our unique partnership with Rembrandt Living gives our Woodbridge residents easy access to the very best in high quality in-home care, respite and community services.
With a Rembrandt Living office here on-site, residents can easily make an appointment for a chat and/or a home visit to discuss what they need, and find out how to get the most from My Aged Care.
Whether it’s help around the home, meals, social support, exercise classes, nursing and personal care, respite or permanent care, equipment or changes to their home to make it better suited to their needs, Woodbridge residents have extra peace of mind because Rembrandt Living is right here to help. Rembrandt Living also offers health information sessions, coffee and chat groups for dementia carers, bus trips, social outings, and more.
Rembrandt Living is our preferred provider, however Woodbridge residents always have a choice when choosing their provider.
