Two bedroom units
The majority of our homes are 2 bedroom units and we have 6 different designs to choose
from. They all have 2 good-sized bedrooms with built-ins, and open-plan living/dining ideal
for entertaining. Private enclosed rear yards vary in size from smaller, low maintenance
spaces to larger areas, perfect for the keen gardener. Units have their own lock-up garage
with remote control roller-door under the main roof.
Larger two bedroom units
Elm and Poplar are two of our larger units. Both designs offer 2 good-sized bedrooms with built-in robes, spacious lounge and dining areas flowing through to a large kitchen, plus a separate bathroom, toilet and laundry.

Smaller two bedroom units
Cedar and Willow are our two more compact and more affordable unit designs. They offer 2 bedrooms with built-ins, an open plan living/dining area, one or two toilets, and a separate laundry or a European laundry incorporated in the bathroom.
