Marilyn Osborne
Lakeside Villages Incorporated, trading as Woodbridge Retirement Village (Woodbridge), is a not-for-profit organisation established in 1979 by Delfin Property Group Limited (the developers of ‘West Lakes’) in co-operation with the Port Adelaide Central Mission (now known as UnitingSA).
Registered under the Associations Incorporation Act 1985, Lakeside Villages Incorporated was established for the benefit and welfare of older people in the community, and as such, there are no shareholders. Any profits are reinvested to improve the village.
Woodbridge has been recognised and trusted by its community for over 40 years and continues to be financially sound with a strong balance sheet.

Our Team
Our team here at Woodbridge is very experienced, transparent and hands-on. We love that the residents are happy to pop in and see us if they need, and we have a great working relationship with our Residents Committee. We believe it’s a big part of our success in creating such a wonderful and welcoming community here.

Our Board
Members of our board come from not just retirement living, but a number of different industries. They have been carefully selected for their expertise and the value they can bring to our not-for-profit organisation.
Kathy Nagle
Chair
RN MCNA MAICD
Kathy Nagle is a Registered Nurse and an independent Healthcare Consultant, having previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer and Director of Nursing at Western Hospital for over 20 years. Kathy is passionate about strategy, compliance, risk management and governance. Kathy is a Director of St Michael’s College and a previous Director of the Port Adelaide Football Club.
Mark Prosser

Mark Prosser is currently the Director of Retirement Living and Seniors Housing for the Aged and Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA). He has been in the retirement living sector for well over two decades, most recently being the Director of Optimum Retirement Services, an industry consulting company. Mark has assisted over 250 villages in Australia and overseas. He is currently a Board Member of RSL Care SA Inc and has been on the Lakeside Villages Board since 2020.
